   In today's society, we have to learn to live in harmony with others. Whether it's a class project or a sports activity, you will have many chances to work together with your classmates toward a common goal. Working in groups is never easy, but it can yield results beyond your wildest imagination. Recognize one another's strengths and assign appropriate roles according to them. Group work will teach you time and resource management, and communication skills. Plus, it will give you an opportunity to really get to know your peers.
