❶    Dear Ms. Robinson, 

 

❷   The Warblers Choir is happy to announce that we are invited to compete in the International Young Choir Competition. 

 

❸   The competition takes place in London on May 20.  

 

❹   Though we wish to participate in the event, we do not have the necessary funds to travel to London. 

 

 

 

❺   So we are kindly asking you to support us by coming to our fundraising concert.  It will be held on March 26.

 

❻    In this concert, we shall be able to show you how big our passion for music is.
