 Maine Lobster Festival

➊ The Maine Lobster Festival is a celebration of dishes made from fresh lobsters caught off the coast of Maine.     

❷ The first festival was held in 1947 as a one-day event.   

❸ Now it is a five-day festival.

❹ At cooking contests that use lobsters as the main ingredient, visitors can taste unusual dishes, including lobster Caesar salad and lobster wraps.      

❺ Visitors to the festival can also enjoy other local seafood dishes such as shrimp and steamed clams, either as street food or in restaurants.

❻ The festival also has a parade and a race called the Great International Lobster Crate Race, in which participants run over lobster crates floating in the harbor, sometimes falling into the cold water.

❼ Many volunteers help the organizers (to) hold this festival, and almost one ton of lobsters are served to both locals and visitors from outside the region.

 메인 바닷가재 축제

➊ 메인 바닷가재 축제는 메인 주의 연안에서 잡힌 신선한 바닷가재[랍스터]로  만든 요리 기념행사이다. 

❷ 하루 동안 열리는 축제로 2947년에  첫 축제가 개최되었다. 

❸ 이제 그것은 5일 동안 열리는 축제이다. 

❹ 바닷가재를 주재료로 사용한 요리   대회에서 방문객들은 바닷가재 시저   샐러드와 바닷가재 랩을 포함한 특이한 요리들을 맛볼 수 있다. 

❺ 그 축제의 방문객은 또한 새우나    찐 조개와 같이 이 지역의 다른 해산물 요리를 길에서 또는 식당에서 즐길 수 있다.

❻ 축제는 또한 퍼레이드와 the Great International Lobster Crate Race라고 불리는 경주를 하는데, 거기서 참가자들은 때때로 차가운 물속에 빠지기도 하며, 항구에 떠다니는 바닷가재 상자를 뛰어넘어 달린다. 

❼ 많은 자원봉사자들은 조직위원회가  이 축제를 개최하도록 도우며, 거의 1톤의 바닷가재를 지역과 그 지역에 외부에서 온 방문객들에게 제공한다.
